Miharbiv, based in Ghent, Belgium, with company number BE 1039.482.781, is responsible for processing your personal data as described in this policy.

You can get in touch via the inquiry form on this website or directly at miharbiv@gmail.com. When you submit the form, the details you entered are sent from our server to our mailbox using Resend, an email service acting as a processor on our behalf. We do not store the form in a separate database; your inquiry reaches us as an email.

The data you share (such as your name, company, email address, the type of project and your message) is processed solely to answer your inquiry and follow up on any collaboration. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly. To prevent spam the form includes a hidden field (honeypot); we place no cookies and process no additional personal data for this. We keep your email for as long as that is needed and delete it once it is no longer needed.

The website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure anonymised, cookieless usage statistics such as page views and loading times. No cookies are placed for this and you are not identified as an individual. We do not place any tracking or marketing cookies.

Your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the site can remember it; this information is not shared.

The website is hosted by Vercel, inquiries submitted through the form are delivered with Resend, and we receive our email via Gmail (Google). These parties may process data on our behalf, possibly outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards in place.
